With clinics in Vernal and Roosevelt (Ballard, soon relocating to Main Street), we are proud to provide accessible care close to home — and we continue working to expand so more families can receive the support they need.

Our Vernal clinic is thoughtfully designed to support a variety of therapies in a welcoming, family-centered environment. Features include:
Two dedicated occupational therapy rooms and a sensory room for regulation and skill-building.
Two private speech therapy rooms for focused, individualized care.
Designated play-based ABA therapy areas for interactive and natural learning.
A large gross motor room for movement and motor planning activities.
A craft room and computer lab for developing life skills in creative ways.
A circle time area for group social skill-building in a structured setting.
📍 Roosevelt / Ballard Clinic

In Fall 2025, we will be relocating to a newly renovated facility at 355 S Main Street, Roosevelt, UT.
The new clinic is being designed with functionality and effectiveness in mind, featuring spaces dedicated to ABA, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy. Every detail is focused on creating an ideal environment for both individualized and group-based care — reflecting our ongoing commitment to helping every child grow, learn, and succeed.
