Complete our New Client Intake Form to share important details about your child’s needs. Once submitted, our team will review it and reach out to guide you through the next steps.

Insurance Verification
We’ll verify your insurance coverage and explain your benefits in detail, including any potential co-pays or out-of-pocket costs. Our team works with you to ensure there are no surprises along the way.

Comprehensive Evaluation
Next, our clinicians conduct a thorough evaluation of your child’s abilities and needs. This may include speech, language, motor skills, behavior, and other areas that help us create the most effective treatment plan.
