After dedicating twenty years of service in the military, Sarah Foster-Meeks chose to retire and return to her hometown of Vernal, UT. Upon her return, she realized that the community lacked a vital service she had seen profoundly benefit many children: ABA therapy. Recognizing this gap, Sarah set out to create a visionary business plan for a multidisciplinary clinic. Her goal was to establish Learning Solutions, a comprehensive center where children could receive integrated care from a team of diverse specialists, all united in their mission to help every child reach their fullest potential.

 

Sarah is currently a doctoral candidate specializing in organizational leadership within diverse business ecosystems. With a passion for fostering innovation and inclusivity, her primary goal is to ensure that Learning Solutions effectively employs a hybrid model that seamlessly integrates remote and in-person workers. This strategic approach aims to deliver essential and impactful therapies to underserved rural communities, ultimately enhancing access to vital resources and promoting well-being for individuals in these areas. Through her research and commitment, Sarah strives to bridge gaps in service delivery and contribute to the betterment of society.
